Shipping policy

At Anderson Parker, we are committed to providing an excellent shopping experience with reliable shipping. Please review our updated shipping policy below:

RETURNS

  • Returns are accepted within 14 business days of delivery.
  • Store credit only will be issued for approved returns.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have original tags attached.
  • Returns submitted after 14 business days will not be accepted.

GIFT RETURNS

  • Gift purchases may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery for store credit only, provided all return conditions are met.

EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 business days of delivery for eligible items.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have original tags attached.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

SEASONAL & FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are FINAL SALE after the dates listed and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Easter items: Final sale after March 5
  • Thanksgiving items: Final sale after November 1
  • Christmas items: Final sale after December 1

In addition, the following items are always FINAL SALE:

  • Sale/clearance items
  • Monogrammed or personalized items
  • Pre-order items
  • Seasonal merchandise (after cutoff dates)
  • Toys, books, and accessories

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please email hello@shopap.com for instructions.
  • Prepaid return labels are not provided.
  • If a return label is requested, a $7 fee will be deducted from your store credit upon receipt of the return.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for store credit to be processed after your return is received.

SHIPPING RATES & FREE SHIPPING

  • FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $150!
  • Orders under $150 will be charged $12 for standard shipping.
  • We offer Express Shipping for $20.
  • We offer Next-Day Delivery for $35.
  • We ship via USPS or FEDEX unless otherwise specified at checkout.
  • We offer in-store pickup and local delivery at this time. We will deliver within 3 miles 3300 Bee Caves Rd Suite 375 West Lake Hills, TX.

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

  • We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 1 PM CST are typically shipped the same day.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another when your order has shipped, which will include tracking information.

ORDER & SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

  • After placing your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email.
    Once your order ships, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with tracking information.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct during checkout. We cannot redirect packages once they have shipped. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for paying the additional shipping costs to reship the order.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

  • Anderson Parker is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave our facility. If you're concerned about the safety of your package, please email us at hello@shopap.com or call ‪(512) 256-4659 to inquire about adding shipping insurance or signature confirmation to your order.

ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Once your order is placed, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled or modified.

PRE-ORDERS

  • Pre-order items are FINAL SALE. Orders with pre-order items will ship as products become available. Pre-order items will be paid for at initial checkout.
  • We make every effort to provide accurate ship dates for pre-order items, but we are not responsible for delays from the manufacturer.

MONOGRAM & PERSONALIZED ITEMS

  • Personalized items are FINAL SALE due to their custom nature. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing and shipment of personalized orders.

SALES TAX

  • We are not required to collect sales tax on any orders shipping outside of Texas. For all orders shipping within Texas,  the local sales tax will apply according to the shipment destination.

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.
